Albert Haley is a graduate of Yale where he majored in economics while taking every creative writing course offered. His poems have been published in Poems & Plays, The Texas Observer, Borderlands, and other journals. He is a past winner of the Rattle Poetry Prize. He makes his home in Abilene, Texas, where he serves as writer in residence at Abilene Christian University.
