Gerard Grealish’s poetry has appeared in All Roads Will Lead You Home, The Café Review, The Connecticut River Review, The Ontario Review, Poet Lore, and The Sow’s Ear among other literary magazines over the years. Founder of the Mulberry Poets & Writers Association, he chaired the editorial board for the anthology Palpable Clock: 25 Years of Mulberry Poets (University of Scranton Press 2004). He serves as a court-appointed criminal defense attorney for indigent defendants in federal court within northeastern Pennsylvania (though he is in the process of winding down his law practice so that he can devote more time to his writing and listening to jazz). His debut book of poetry, The Calculus of Imaginaries, is due to be released in the fall by Nightshade Press.
